Wall of Sound
Wall of Sound is a professional-level contemporary vocal ensemble for committed singers who want to be part of a high-quality choral experience.
Its auditioned members participate on a volunteer basis, and there is no membership fee. The ensemble may appear in concerts, cultural events, corporate performances, private bookings, recordings, media projects, and original productions.
The ensemble explores a broad, multi-genre contemporary vocal repertoire, including original works and reimagined music drawn from diverse traditions and styles.
Selected projects may also include invited guest artists and community singers alongside the ensemble.

How to Apply
If you meet the eligibility requirements below, click Apply Now to begin your application. You will be directed to the online application form, where you will begin the first stage of the audition process.
Eligibility for Auditions
• Applicants must be 18 years or older by the date of submission.
• Applicants should be generally available for the published rehearsal schedule.
Audition Process
The audition process is completed in two stages.
Stage One — Online Video Submission
Submit one continuous audition video of no more than 8 minutes, including:
Introduction
Own-choice selection
Sing-along exercise
Vocal exercise
Upload the video to YouTube as Unlisted and paste the video link into the application form.
Applications open: Monday, 31 August 2026
Application deadline: Monday, 21 September 2026
Stage Two invitations: Monday, 28 September 2026
Applicants selected to proceed to Stage Two will receive their audition materials with their invitation.
Stage Two — In-Person Audition
Shortlisted applicants from Stage One will be invited to attend an in-person ensemble audition.
In-person auditions: Monday, 12 October – Sunday, 18 October 2026
Membership offers: Wednesday, 21 October 2026
Successful applicants will receive a Membership Offer together with the Wall of Sound Membership Terms for review and acceptance.
